Our field notes

A little botanical mischief

The Cocktail Botanist began with a simple experiment: what happens when the ritual of making a cocktail meets the patience of a botanical collector?

The answer became a cabinet of infusions, ingredients and unusual objects designed to make drinks a little more interesting.

We believe the best cocktails aren't complicated.
They're interesting.
