What is a cocktail infusion bag?
A botanical infusion filled with carefully selected fruits, herbs and spices. Instead of adding it to a cup of tea, you infuse it in your chosen spirit to introduce flavour and character before finishing your drink with a mixer and garnish.
How do I use one?
Place an infusion bag in your chosen spirit and allow it to infuse. Remove the bag, add your suggested mixer and finish with a garnish. Each collection includes serving suggestions to help you get started.
Does the collection contain alcohol?
No. The Cocktail Botanist infusions contain no alcohol. You add your own spirit at home.
What spirits can I use?
The collection has been designed to work with familiar spirits including gin, vodka, rum and bourbon. Each infusion comes with a suggested pairing, but experimentation is positively encouraged.
Can I make alcohol-free drinks with them?
Yes. The botanical infusions can also be used to create alcohol-free drinks. Try infusing with an appropriate alcohol-free spirit or experiment with other suitable drinks.
How many infusions are in the collection?
There are 12 botanical infusion bags in the collection: two each of six different flavours.
What are the six flavours?
Electric Berry, Scarlet Compass, Sun Thief, Citrus Paradox, Golden Remedy and Black Orchard.
Can I use an infusion more than once?
We recommend using each infusion bag once for the intended flavour and quality.

How should I store the infusions?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.

No. A glass, your chosen spirit and mixer are enough to get started.
