The Cocktail Botanist began with a simple idea: cocktails should be more interesting.

Inspired by botanical collections, natural-history cabinets and the wonderfully strange world of Victorian illustration, we create botanical cocktail infusions and seek out unusual things for the bar.

Our first collection brings together six botanical infusions designed to transform your favourite spirit with a little time, a few botanicals and a sense of experimentation.

But the collection doesn't end there. The Cabinet is our evolving selection of beautiful, useful and occasionally inexplicable things for drinking, mixing and entertaining.
